We are pleased to introduce the first autostereoscopic 3D display for the VOXEL-MAN medical training simulators. This innovative technology makes it possible to see brilliant three-dimensional images on the screen, without having to wear 3D glasses. Integrated eye tracking allows the user to move freely in a large area in front of the 3D display and obtain a natural 3D impression of the surgical site and instruments.
The application to medical training simulators was developed in cooperation with United Screens, Hamburg, Germany, a leading supplier of glasses-free 3D technologies. The autostereoscopic display has a diagonal of 28 inches and can be mounted on the VOXEL-MAN housing or placed on a table. It can be combined with all VOXEL-MAN training simulators, except the Lite versions.
